Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
Wildtake (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a platform that helps film and video production teams collect on-camera release forms. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through our platform.
Information we collect
When a subject submits a release form, we collect the information they provide, which may include:
- Full name
- Email address and phone number (if requested by the producer)
- A photo (selfie) for identity matching
- A drawn signature
- Compensation details (if applicable)
This information is collected on behalf of the producer (the Wildtake account holder) who created the project and shared the form link.
How we use your information
Submitted release data is stored securely and made available only to the producer who created the associated project. We do not sell, share, or use submission data for advertising or any purpose other than providing the Wildtake service to producers.
If you opted in to receiving an email copy of your submission, we use the email address you provided to send that copy via our transactional email provider (Resend).
Data storage and security
All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, which provides encrypted storage and access controls. Photos and signatures are stored in private, access-controlled storage buckets and are not publicly accessible.
Data retention
Release data is retained for as long as the associated producer account is active. Producers may delete individual releases or their account at any time by contacting us at support@wildtake.co.
Your rights
If you submitted a release form and would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, please contact us at support@wildtake.co with the name and project you submitted under. We will respond within 30 days.
