You are responsible for making sure the release language is appropriate for your production. Wildtake does not provide legal advice.

The selfie helps your production team match a signed release to the person who submitted it. It is not used by Wildtake for facial recognition or identity verification.

Yes. Talent can choose to receive an email copy of their submission when completing the release form.

From the Releases dashboard, you can:

• Download an individual release as a PDF
• Export release information as a CSV

You can also search and filter by project or shoot before exporting if you only want to work with a specific group of releases.

Release submissions are associated with the Wildtake account and project that collected them. Wildtake also uses service providers such as Supabase, Vercel, and Resend to operate the platform.

You are responsible for downloading and maintaining any release records your production needs before closing your account. Wildtake should not be treated as your only permanent archive for production records.

Start by contacting the producer or production company that asked you to complete the release. They generally control the information collected for their production.

Yes, but the producer is responsible for determining what parental or guardian consent is required and for making sure the appropriate person signs the release.

Wildtake does not independently verify a person's age, identity, or authority to sign on behalf of a minor.

Wildtake provides tools for collecting release forms and electronic signatures, but we can't guarantee that a particular release will be legally sufficient or enforceable for every production or jurisdiction.

Producers are responsible for choosing appropriate release language and determining whether additional documentation, identification, witnesses, or parental or guardian authorization are required.
