By creating an account or using Wildtake, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Wildtake provides a platform for film and video production teams (“producers”) to collect on-camera release forms from subjects digitally. We provide the tools; producers are responsible for the legal sufficiency of their release forms and for ensuring subjects provide informed consent.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately at support@wildtake.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Wildtake to:
- Collect releases from subjects under false pretenses
- Store or distribute collected data for any purpose other than legitimate production use
- Violate any applicable laws, including privacy and data protection laws
- Attempt to access another producer's data
4. Data and privacy
You are the data controller for release submissions collected through your projects. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws (including obtaining proper consent from subjects). Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data on your behalf.
5. Intellectual property
Wildtake and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wildtake and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Release data you collect belongs to you.
6. Disclaimers
Wildtake is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not lawyers and nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. Consult your own attorney regarding the legal sufficiency of your release forms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wildtake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@wildtake.co.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
